I don't believe it is a matter of "disgust", as much as analyzing the current business model and management performance and coming to the conclusion that there is no regard for common shareholders and that, based on what is publicly available, CVIA has very little future.
Whether folks post smiles or frowns on this thread, does not change the fact that, as shareholders, we are all in the same boat. The playing field is not level, and the odds are stacked against shareholders and for insiders. Taking our nickels and moving on will only reinforce to mgmt that they can keep getting away with what they've been doing.
