UPDATE:

Hey guys,

There is no limit on the ATM cars just what is in the ATM machine. The reason most ATM cards max out at $300 is b/c the bank itself puts that limitation on there not the actual ATM itself. You can take out as much as the machine has.

So far the debit/atm card issue is being resolve im sure, I wouldn't be suprised if we saw a PR sometime soon clarifying all our questions about the card.
