Exceo, thanks for your cc input, it is VERY appreciated. As you can see from my early posts after the cc was announced, I too feel something more than financials will be discussed. First on my list is the new CEO/CFO since that already could be in the works and a starting date could be just before the cc and within the 4 day SEC material event reporting deadline. Others here have echoed that likelihood.

Dadd brought up the cost factor and I was trying to get a more accurate figure than the ballpark figure of $5K-$10K that has been suggested. IMO, it should cost less than that. Do you have any "old" figures from your experience? TIA
