u kind of answered your own thoughts... with such a low margin, why keep it... take the sale of those assets and move them to paydown any other debt... put the money to better use.. do not buy anything with those proceeds though... consolidate what they have , rid the company of anything that doesn't have the desirable return ... get leaner and meaner and that would look good to any future and present shareholders.... other possibles to rid, pool assets, flush them into that ldti turd and spin that one to the moon... just my opinion.... pool assets now in this hard housing sector in my opinion is foolish...
