Saw him for a couple hours on TV. I think the way he walked on the screwdrivers is he probably got some artificial feet (the feet looked big and fake, plus he covered them afterwords), hollowed them out, then put his feet in them with a piece of leather inside to take up the force from the screwdrivers. I think the guy puts an enourmous amount of time into prepairing his stunts.
