I was wondering if anyone has gotten an estimate of Spooz's expected net profits or profit margin for STv2 or the company as a whole?
I think this will be crucial info for estimating future pps.
This link says software companies have an average net profit margin of 27%
http://www.bized.co.uk/compfact/ratios/profit4.htm
However, it seems like Spooz is using a different method to get their product out, and I wonder how this might make them more or less efficient. I think I recall hearing someone say that their partnerships with major brokerages should help reduce advertising costs, which would be great.
Any insights appreciated... don't think I've seen this discussed yet, but I've only been around these parts about a month or so...
thanks
