I have e-mailed Gaylen to ask if we may get a financial update or anything more significant in the near future and his answer was that he was unable to give any information until the current lawsuit is finished. I've been a holder of this way too long but one thing is for certain, with the slightest bit of credible financial or non-fluff press release this stock will fly. It has done it before and I expect it will happen again for those who have the patience. JMHO
