Question to my fellow shareholders:

I would like to consider myself a pretty smart young man, that has been through a couple of mergers in the corporate World and have seen things succeed and fail.

One merger being AT&T Wireless. I was around when we launched the GSM network for the very first time. Man!!! It was a mess at first.

My point is, I have been around the block. The guy at AT&T who tested new devices like the CT set in the cubicle across from me. I am not kidding. LOL!!!

So, I have seen devices get approved and get rejected. More approved than declined.

The CT is an advanced device that many companies deploy today to monitor their natural gas pipelines, wireless ATM’s on casino boats, (BANKS!!), freight tracking and law enforcement tracking.

I have already seen this stuff first hand. I beta tested new products myself and helped launch certain aspects of the products.

So? My question is…. There are companies that exist, like Sierra Wireless, Novatel Wireless, (MOTOROLA) and few others that have already created many data devices for GSM, CDPD, GPRS, GPS, Iden, CDMA & Etc.

We have a patented technology that can be a success.

These manufactures share prices are above $25.00 a share and have been around for a bit longer.

HISS has a better and more intelligent product then any of these companies I have seen.

I can think of countless Police departments and Corporations that have a burning need for a device like the CT.

How come nobody talks about the competition on this board and is inspired from the success of the competition, knowing we have a better product?

Name a country and it is there.

After researching HISS and its products, I proudly own over 20 million shares. I truly feel this company has potential.

But why isn’t any one else talking about the success of similar companies? Also, how come no one talks about the urgency corporations and governments have for this type of product?

This is a great products and I can think of hundreds of thousands of companies in the USA alone that would swallow the CT up for their production if it was marketing correctly to them.

Sorry for the long message…… I am just wondering why other shareholders do not see this or have not talked about this.
