Well Neal....you are the one that seems to be a bit sensitive.....I believe I stated it was a nice find....and the comment about no one hearing about this until 34 days later refers to SW and MG! It is their job/s to be sure that shareholders are kept up to date....we should not have to stumble acrossed news some 34 days later!

As to my contribution here.....it is minimal currently....however I did contribute significantly at one time when I had some contact with Time Warner; who at that time were supposed to have been in contract negotiations with TFN (according to my source anyway)!

Most of what is posted here as DD comes directly from the TFN website or RAW or etc......and is really not what I consider to be due diligence since it has little connection to TFN/BKMP as an investment and more to do with the daily operations of TFN and what news they are reporting....

IF MG is truly on schedule with a late summer roll out in the USA that is great news...it MAY also indicate that the "buy-out" is not really in the works?????? Still on the fence on this supposed "buy-out" news....since nothing has come directly from MG concerning this. The big dump into that news make me very suspicious because I do not believe that a CEO in contract negotiations would dilute their stock (at that time)...it would make the deal much less attractive.

One thing is clear....Since MG publically announced that SW is his partner in TFN...then if all else fails BKMP shareholders could perhaps go after a piece of TFN legally now!
