Some marketing info from Darryl:

This was a response to an e-mail my brother sent to Darryl regarding marketing stategies - which is one of my brother's strong suits:

"Dear xxxx,

I had actually worked up an AOL type campaign three years ago. It included a CD packed with every issue of the four top trade publications in our industry for three months. The down side of this type of shotgun campaign is the tremendous customer service expense from customers not sophisticated enough to use the technology. Since then Spooz has acquired leading-edge technology which lends itself to institutional, professional and higher level active traders. Although overtime, Spooz will offer more and more products for less experienced traders, the initial market thrust will be at the top where the profitability is the highest and the customer service expense the lowest. Our goal here is to convert the company from product development stages to a sales and marketing organization with the shortest path to profitability. It will be easier for the company to make this transition by acquiring 2000 customers at $600 per month than 13,483 customers at $89 per month. The top-down strategy also will establish SpoozToolz as a professional grade product that all traders have access to and can afford.

SpoozToolz as it is today is revolutionary technology posing a paradigm shift in trading disciplines that will level the playing field between banks, institutions, prop shops and “Joe Trader” sitting at home trading his 401K. There many market opportunities for us now and we see more every day. So the strategy is to control growth and build a solid and profitable company infrastructure before acquiring the masses."

Thanks,

Darryl Dennis
