And it did perform well for
a penny. Case in point: .02 to .144 returned 700%. That happened twice. Is that good penny stock performance, Balloonman?? Unfortunately, I bought for the long term and, as life is a continual learning experience(except for folks like you who have it all figured out already), I've learned that the only forces controlling penny stocks today are hedge funds, market makers, and foreign exchanges. I should have been smarter and less greedy and flipped this like a trader should w/ penny stocks. Instead, I bought into the long term plan. That plan now includes reducing a huge float(used to get the company off the ground), release revs as a c-corp, drive the PPS, and get off the OTCBB. You want to stay and trade in this arena, vote NO. If you want a smaller float w/ a higher price that will attract mutual funds and venture capitalists, vote YES.
