Because although Spooz has ended the program and has no shares left to sell,

there is the possibility that a third party financier might have a few left. It is widely held that most MM sell their 504's as fast as they can, so it would be a surprise to see any left in inventory but that is no doubt why Spooz hasn't PR'd the end to the 504's yet.
