I know you remember that I leveled an ongoing critique of this claim, shredding this claim into the baloney that it was.
John, despite our differences, I do think you are a standup guy and a smart person...which is why I am often surprised, given the track record of this management re it's corporate governance, its less than arms-length deals that dilute the the shareholders, the string of sunshine stories about all the wonderful things that are just around the corner for this company THAT NEVER COME TRUE, the byzantine labrinth of overlapping deals and interests and assumptions between EESV, Gulftex, Momma Potts, Greg Gibson, Systran, or whoever the deal partner of the week turns out to be is nuts and obviously designed to confuse people about what's really going on...you know like a shell game, John...which shell is the pea under?...and the criminal lack of transparency as to what this company is doing as evidenced by its disregard for shareholders invested money, particularly in taking this stock to the pinks when they did not have to and which they did in order to obscure their shady dealings. Why do you think you never hear about what CVIA doing with Systran, or Momma Potts or whoever is next in this endless series of cronies and flim flamsters until 6...9...12 months after the fact as evidenced in this 8-K and other Qs and Ks?
Doesn't the pattern of deception, dilution, lack of corporate governance and good citizenship, lack of shareholder communication, destruction of shareholder value convince you that no matter what these people say it's just another sunshine story intended to provide them the cover they need to keep doing their bogus deals for insiders' benefit.
