Pete, it's a very basic question: Why hasn't the stock price gone up after the release of the 8-K?
In fact, where is the market for this stock period?
If the market pays no attention, and believe me they won't as long they are on the pinks, it doesn't matter what kind of news they release, the stock is dead money if there is no liquidity in the trading of CVIA stock.
I can sell 100,000 shares of MSFT in the blink of an eye and not do anything to disturb the pool of liquidity for the stock.
If you do that with CVIA they will step on you...and besides who's going to buy the stock? And what are buying when you buy it?
It's a ridiculous business model rife with cronyism and sweetheart deals that do everything to benefit insiders and nothing to benefit shareholders.
