I may not understand wholly what your position is on the status of their listing, rum, but let me offer this.

EXBX has been on the grays for years, while DCBI just went to the grays a few months ago. Check the "status" reported by Pinksheets and it confirms that they're on the grays.

Now when you put in INXR, you get primary venue pinks, but on an unsolicited basis. My understanding is that INXR just doesn't provide the necessary info and have the market support for their liking.
