If a empty shell want to pump up it pps, why don't they buy back 90% of the outstanding shares? if reversemerger is a magical pill, then why not the other companies do the samething?
I think Wnsh should tell and warn it's shareholders a share buy back and the reversemerger is not a miracle, the pps won't change without actual incomes. Maybe WNSH need to do the privatization not the reversemerger or shares buy back.
