I doubt it. but the date of the reinspection was confirmed for this summer AND they anticipate a positive response to the application also this summer, so the interval between the two has got to be short and/or the inspection already occurred
RP (understandably) won't disclose exact timelines that is not in the public domain, but i also can't imagine the company has any bad news in hand based on his very specific email that the company has no info (as of yesterday's communication) to suggest any negative guidance
