If true "Megas is smarter than your average pinksheet "
why not just shelve the whole problem and use his $$ to buy another otc shell. Then trade whatever assets he wishes to make more $$ in the American Stock market . Did not someone say he was from another country? Why would he keep this shell - makes alot of sense to just purchase another shell company.
