I then asked Dave this after his response and his only response to the following post was a "NO"? Perhaps you could lend some further guidance and clarification on this issue......

Not trying to be difficult here matt, I just think a clear set guideline on this issue is in order since it is a rare occurrence that a company official would be posting on your website and belong to a group like the locusts which are moderating the board UMNG..

I and others would like to move past this issue and are just waiting for a clear answer on the above and would appreciate you taking the time to address it........TIA
