And on the other hand, do you really think the person stealing your wallet would give you access to his cell phone number so you can call him and locate him. I would think not. He would more than likely run and hide with no communication. Hmmmm, makes you think. If he made out with lots of money, I am sure he probably could afford to change his cell phone number. Hmmmmm.
