With all of this heat that bush is taking over the lack of progress in homeland security i hope that this progresses the grant to tfct a little faster. Does anyone think that with all of the money spent already and not enough progress made, a decline in spending will occur. I do not believe so, but i was wondering if these are the people that are selling the stock and causing its decline in the market.
