If you carefully read the funding PR, you will see that this timeline has slipped (surprise!). Ketch now says revenue this year instead of 2Q:

"The majority of the two million dollars will be used to invest in the research and development of the Embarq(TM) family of transport processors, which we believe will generate revenues this year."
