its only a lie if you know the info to be false.....
it is true novak wasnt compensated for IR services by new management... From what I know.

How ever novak has been providing IR services to VM for several years.... and iam sure was compensated during those early years for services by old management and Iam sure those shares have long since become unrestricted if was the case and also converted into payment for said service.

Also, liable.... Iam sure that Isellbeachhomes was referring to VM's current situation and not deals with parties from VM's past who have no current direct connection to the company.. as that post was from this month ....
