because that is exactly what it says, since it doesn't say what happens to 100 they could rs the 100 and you end up with 14.28 shares and no round up.

101 will be rs'd and rounded to 100

99 will be rs'd and rounded to 99

doesn't say what happens to 100

your looking for the safe buy here, if they don't say what happens to 100 don't buy 100, I would assume that 100 will get you 100, but you know what happens when I assume
