alstocks...virtually every penny stock is designed to raise money for a company and make money for MM's...the PPS is so irrelivant to accomplishing those two goals! It is why you should avoid following it down as an investment choice and averaging down will do nothing in your favor...unless of course the O/S is still in a reasonable range a big news hits...the current O/S is RED FLAG #18
