another possible thing that could be happening is the company is selling shares, and then those trades that look like sells are buys. it would be perfect time for them to gather up some cash needed, i still have not seen a pr saying that they have the money needed to complete phase one drilling. but they are saying they will complete it by aug. 15, unless they mean finish picking out rigs and crews by aug. 15. it is hard to read pr`s sometimes.
