Questions:

The notice accompanying the voting material (page 4) stated, among other things, that the reverse split will NOT:
-Affect any shareholder's percentage ownership interest in the company

If CB shares are not split 25 for 1, how can the above statement be true? Is the company deliberately misstating the facts?
