Yes, the finance company will want interest at the very least. This is not the end of the world, not by any means. For those planning to flip in and out, it matters not.

But for those who are really seeking a good long term investment, these questions are critical. There is nothing more important than how a pinky is financed.

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
