if the dtcc didnt agree to a chill and then change their minds.. which very well may be true.. then why is choice trade and some other brokers (as mentioned on another site) saying they took back the shares they bought today. why not leave them as is? if the dtcc has the authority.. why would any trading stop if they didnt approve of it?
