1 The 40m was gross revenue ,not net .CVIA got most of the shares back ,I am sure there were expenses at Bright .No I am not real happy we didn't get all the shares back ,but I also don't know all the deal . Do you ?
2Can't tell, can you?
3I am guessing Systen (sp) The financing Co. that refinanced Bright? I don't know so don't think otherwise.
4 Maybe ,but again have to wait :(
