No wonder PPHM is up after hours.
I wonder what the final contract will say. The government knows all about Peregrine's pipeline of new drugs. Their company Avid is going to make $50,000,000 creating drugs for another company and now the research section is going to be supplied, probably, by the government. Something must have triggered this. Something that we haven't been told had to get a contract into motion while the phase 2 trials have begun. I am still holding and loving it.
