Im a cop not an attorney but I do know if someone shows me a court order (similiar to the OSC hearing) one dated on the 18th and a court order with the same case number
dated the 22nd the one dated the 22nd is the valid one....what were they suppose to do after the 18th just say "oops kron was not suppose to be listed on here lets just throw this away" of course not, it is court documents, they will ammend it, just like OSC did........if you were to pay child support, and your ex takes you back to court and they raise your payments, do they throw away the original??no it remains on file and the original is ammended............with a new date.........
