Cargo, or some with a brain help me!!!!!!!!!!!

If we have roughly 360 million shares outstanding and say we have a 10 million company between Wisebuys and hacketts, that would make a PPS of .028 I UNDERSTAND that it is not as cut and dry as that but, I am looking at the 358 as still less than what we started with before the buy out. I have 215,000 shares at an average .0083, I know that is not as much as everyone has on this board, but I am still looking for a PPS of .025 to .03 after the name and cussip change. Am I way of my rocker here. I have done my DD on this company and I don't see why the current downtrend. Any input greatly appreciated and what PPS you hope to see?
