Here is some more info posted by another due dilligent shareholder ....

"just got off phone with the investors relations person at Nucon 818.610.2028. From what I understand the business with Rosatom is through Zao Atoll and this was confirmed with IR. NNRF owns 50% of Zao Atoll and the registration number on this is 1077847311717 and IR will call me back with info as to where I can verify that they really do own 50%.

Also NNRF sent its comments back to SEC last Friday. So it is up to the SEC now to determine whether or not they want to send more questions. IR also stated company has been in contact with AMEX regarding listing and does not want to uplist to OTC.BB if it doesn't have to. Also confirmed by IR is that the company is concerned and does believe that the pps decline the last few weeks is the result of professional shorters.
