Regarding your post about the stock going up before the test results. It is my experience, in fact there is a saying- buy the rumor sell the news.
You can't buy utility stocks after the rate increase is granted. You cant buy drug companies after the FDA approval.
You can't buy Coke and Disney in April because summer is coming. You have to do it all before hand.
