Derb,
An audit such as a review is going to be necessary to determine real value for both the financing and final purchase price. If WRNW Bonds due to lease's etc. and Cementers being a service Company did not need to Bond it would be likely that WRNW's Bonding Company would require a Audit also.

I am not sure about the SEC?
