Wilf was clear the company was done selling (at least for now). However, the company has not necessarily been selling straight into the market. Rather, others have purchased large blocks of stock from the company. Those buyers can sell their shares on the open market. One or more of them may have purchased shares last week, but did not sell any until today. Thus, it can still be residual selling as a result of shares previously sold by the company.
