ok, so rather then ranting against the argument, why not try something new: Tell us, if they are not trades, what are they, and what evidence do you have to prove your argument. There are those who believe there is trading going on, and they have the volume numbers and level 2 to apparently prove their argument, what do you have to disprove it?
