Of course, unless you put ski wax on the undersides of your feet and buff them so you'll glide.

So you do need shoes.

You remind me of a funny story. A friend/colleague of mine many years ago (like 20+ years ago) hosted a party with his roommate at their rented house. The theme of the party was that you could only wear one item of clothing to the party.

The friend/colleague wore a belt. His roomie wore suspenders (unattached). One chick (the friend/colleague's now wife) wore one sock, another girl just wore a beret. One fellow had a scarf.

This friend/colleague is now a full professor at one of the top universities in the world and he's a very famous guy in his field. If anyone told his students or fellow faculty these stories about his past, nobody would ever believe it.

Actually, I have even better stories about him, but they are not describable in any terms that would be suitable here. Besides, I want to hold these stories back until he wins the Nobel Prize and then tell them to the National Enquirer.

Funny guy. Awesome classical guitar player and tremendous artist too - hobbies of his where he was as good as many professionals. He's a Renaissance man.
