Yep. Active, Officer, previous officer, or if you Dad or mom was an officer and they have an account then you can get one too I believe. I've heard of some people sneaking in who were roommates with people with USAA or immediate family that lived with them but I was unsuccessful with getting my brother in when he lived with me.
