Is the buying and high volume due to the recent court order?
If not due to the court case, who's buying today and why?
It's written in the Press Release the following: "The defendants contend that the shares were transacted pursuant to the term and conditions of loan agreement and that Mr. Matin is in breach of his obligations under the agreement to repay his loan" - However, the defendants bought 116,000 shares, is this an admission of fault that they shouldn't have sold the 2 million shares?
Within what time period will the defendants be required to buy the remaining of the 2 million shares owed to Mr. Matin?
Will there be a price cap?
