oh my, i just got off the phone with alice (the t/a) of agn..

1- she just talked to the dtc lady there who told her to call ameritrade, and give them dtc name/number to tell clarify they should be allowing us to sell our 5% and buy as much as we want.

now i know who the secret boss of the reorg dept is, its a lady named daniell (i dont know how to spell but its pronounced danyell) harris..

she will call her now and explain this..

(hold on everyone to your seats but this info to follow is a biggy)

alice said that buying and selling should be allowed.. selling should only be our 5% from up thru friday of last week shares that we owned... but anything you buy should only be others 5%.

so what you are buying today is.. ***free and clear*** post buy back reminaing 5%*** (yes, im left out once again for now) but you all that bought,, alice said you get to keep ***ALL** of it.

there should be no more that 450mil (ish) out there but if the volume goes over, thats ok she said cause its just flippers.. and flippers can buy and sell today without penalty.. the only ones that will be hurt is if you have your full shares from last week and you sell all of it.. you are shorting.. and will pay dearly later.

but buyers are safe.. i told her it sounds like buyers may not be safe if they are buying restricted shares.. she said ,, buyers should not be penalized, and should only be buying the remaing 5%. if they get more, the seller is penalized.

honestly, i told her, if its just the 5% bouncing around, the pps should be through the roof.. but who knows. maybe this is the max? i hope not. i think there is a lot of selling of shares people dont own and that is keeping the pps down.

i hope it all makes sense, again, im still new at this (since 10/05) but i tried to take notes.. i told her im chatting on line about it..
