Yes, it came from the auditor but was relayed by the company. Anyway, the company is the boss. They have the overall responsibility to do the hiring, quoting, etc. If I had work to do and hired a third party to help....and then the third party failed to finish by the time they quoted me....it would be MY a$$ on the line when I had to report to my boss.
