Greetings,

I noticed that there was no direct mention of the West Covina store in the letter to shareholders. Although they did mention Kevin Serrano(sp). I did stop by the location this weekend to check up on things. The property owner had left a legal notice to the previous tenents to either pay or vacate the premises. I am sure they are just going through the proper legal maneuvers at this point but I was told that originally that the lease was already signed with UPZS.
