A real cynic would say that the blimp already did its job. It helped to get the stock price up nice and high so the insiders could dump dilutive shares into the float before announcing that the dilution was done and the blimp was on the back burner. But surely Michelle wouldn't do something like that--no, wait--that's exactly what she did.
