My AGE fee will be much higher. I did not already have an ML account and I guess now they won't take my restricted shares. My stocks are all in Scottrade which has worked rather well so far. My only complaint is that they cannot deal with my stocks that are restricted. I have 2 others that I will have to deal with at some point.

I have already arranged for an opinion letter so am all set with that. I'm just glad I am able to do something with part of my shares now to offset the cost of ssty.
