Talked to a mangement type today.

Had a Wunder-ful conversataion and have decided that I will vote my proxy as management recommends. I have stated that I was unsure of why they needed so many more authorized shares, the 'blank check' preferreds and to a lesser extent, the class board. This was because in the wrong hands, such power could be used to the detriment of shareholders. While I could be wrong, I now see no reason to believe current management has any intention whatsoever of misusing these powers.

On another note and I believe this has been brought up before in one way or another by someone here of at the company, I get the distinct feeling there will be little in the way of information about the pre-clinical data published before that data is fully collected and analyzed. I also believe it will be other than the company who will be first to publish the data.

There was a comment made about shareholders contacting publications and it was made in a negative tone. Not that such was necessarily bad, but the point made was that writers like to be the ones who discover the story, they don't want it fed to them. Now, you can believe this as true or not, as in pervasive in that industry, but I can see some veracity in the sentiment.

Finally, what Dr. Skolnick said in one of his interviews about clinicals in India was confirmed. That is that CYGX is pursuing the initiation of clinicals in India. It was mentioned that data collected in the states is pretty much 'transferrable' like class credits to another school. That's a crude example, but is in the ballpark.

One last item. One can vote their proxy by phone. If you see a phone number on your proxy, you can vote without sending in the card(s). I was told this is a prompt/ response recorded call.

There were other matters discussed, but I will not even bring up the subjects as I feel a public message board is an inappropriate place to do so.

I will make just one comment about near term share price fluctuations. I believe, and it is only my opinion, that Skooby's prediction of "two weeks" is way too soon for any appreciable upside. Long term...well, that's another story. I maintain my feeling that this stock will continue to be tradable for the next several months.

Kevin
