Capted, good to hear from you. Hope all is well down there. did ya get in fishing in? I hope that your trip was successful. It sounds like it very much was, and that is good to hear. Keep on plugging away for us lil guys. I am a hard headed Sweed for sure, but, I do believe this will work out. It might not be just the way you would like it, but I do think it will be ok. Never what we all first thought with the small float and possibilities abound. Things are different now, maybe better then what we all think. I do not feel that I have been HAD, yet anyway. It is not over until you give up or get beat. I am not giving up and I am NOT beat. I have played racquet ball for years and have played many players above my skill level, and the only time I really lost was when I gave up, saying we have been HAD bs. I can remember being down so far and playing a much much better player, actually he was a previous State Champ. But I did not want to loose and dug down as deep as one could and I played my heart out and gave it my all, and ya know what, I won, and at first my opponent was not giving it his all, but when I started to come back and turned up the heat and he played at his best and I still beat him. I had more determination and heart. It is not over until it is over. This is not over yet, at least in my eyes. I am sure there are those out there that are laughing their butts off at me for my posts, and hey what ever floats your boat. I don’t care.

I am sure the stock price at this point does not matter to Randy, why really should it. He is just an employee (no slam intened) yeha I am sure he has stock, but the real rewards will be being successful and not just monetarily. He has a job to do, and focusing on a PPS that has no bearing to his position in the company is useless. He needs to focus on his duties and responsibilities and trust in his boss that his stock will be worth something when it is not restricted.

Dutch I hear bro, I do. I just go about it differently. If you keep on telling your kids that they are no good and will never amount to anything they probably wont amount to anything, because they have been brainwashed that they are not good or stupid. But if you tell them that they can do it, that it might not be easy, but that they have to give it their all, all the time, do their best and accept the results, I believe they will succeed. That go’s back to the simple days of Psychology 101. I truly believe in positive reinforcement rather then negative battering, not saying that is what you are doing. If I have a dozer job that I do not feel I can do or that I am uncomfortable with, and my customer keeps on telling me that I can that he believes I can, I can. If he tells me that I do not posses the skill do it over and over, I might tend to agree and back off the hard job.

Just my view point. I do somewhat understand your motivating strategy. Anhoo, it is about to rain here again, and at least that has put out the fires, and might be time for some MD, oh yeah baby.

Rock out with your Stock out. :)>
