Rtaff, never let it be said that Fla. Today is w/o opinion. I, too, have checked their site and read some of their blogs. Myself, I like the prospect of the Mentysis aquisition based on what we have seen. As far as a cash or stock repayment of an obligation, I would think the creditor would be receptive.
