actaully Cargo you're right...it would make far more economic sense for Tom to pay with cash rather than stock...reason being this should be a $.05 stock right now...with that being said at current levels it takes roughly 10 times MORE shares than it should (if we were appropriately valued)

same logic used when companies acquire other companies with cash instead of stock...ususally once the news hits PPS goes up as the company is essentially saying that they feel their stock is undervalued and would rather us cash as the currency of choice instead of ownership...and who knows more about the inner workings and financial status of a company than the insiders who make the financing decisions...
